3. PAYMENTS AND CARD INFORMATION

All payments are processed securely through RegFox and its payment processor. Your full card number is entered directly into their secure system. We do not see, collect, or store your full card number. If you use a payment plan, your card information is kept by the payment processor so that your scheduled payments can be charged as described at checkout.

4. REGISTRATION REMINDER EMAIL

If you begin a registration but do not complete it, we may send you a reminder email at the billing email address you entered, so you can finish your purchase. This reminder is not marketing, is not sent to people who only visit our website, and does not sign you up for any subscription.

5. EMAIL MARKETING

We use Flodesk to send our email newsletters and updates. You will only be added to our marketing list if you opt in on our website or through a sign-up form. Registering for an event does not automatically sign you up for marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email.

6. WE DO NOT SELL OR SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as RegFox and its payment processor (registration and payments), Flodesk (email), and Squarespace (our website).
